Sean Devine MD is about higher demand individuals, regardless of age, wanting to “stay in their game”. He is the selected head Team Physician for Cal Poly, Cuesta College and Arroyo Grande High School.
He trained at the University of California San Diego. His post-graduate sub-specialty training was a unique Traveling Fellowship in Shoulder and Knee Surgery with Dr Richard Steadman in California, Dr Richard Hawkins in Canada and Dr James Andrews in Alabama. This included being the The US Olympic Team Physician for summer training in Chile.
Implicit with the above, Dr Devine specializes in the care of the shoulder, hip and knee. Rotator cuff tears, hip labral tears and knee ACL and meniscus tears are commonly treated conditions.
