Dennis C. Blackburn, D.O. is a graduate of California Lutheran University and the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency at Dallas-Fort Worth Medical Center followed by fellowship training at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in spine and joint replacement. Dr. Blackburn is Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the California Orthopedic Association. Dr. Blackburn sees patients in our Santa Maria office. He performs surgeries at Marian Regional Medical Center and Plaza Surgery Center in Santa Maria.
