Paul H. Castello, M.D. graduated from the University of California, Davis and Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center. Dr. Castello is Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the California Orthopedic Association. Dr. Castello sees patients in our Santa Maria office.
