General Orthopedic Physician Assistant
Central Coast Orthopedics is proud to announce the addition of Physician Assistant Christian Schwartz. Christian brings over 13 years of advanced clinical experience in orthopedic and spine care. Christian is currently seeing new and established patients. All patients scheduled to see Christian will have their care overseen by one of the following Physicians:

Christian received his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology/Sports Medicine from A.T. Still University, followed by his Physician Assistant license from Stanford School of Medicine. He spent 12 years as a practicing PA at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, gaining experience in general surgery, emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care settings. He has held key roles at respected institutions, including the USC Spine Center, Nano Knee Institute, and Healthy Bone & Joint Center, where he provided comprehensive patient management and served as a surgical first assist in complex orthopedic and joint replacement procedures. His background as a longtime certified head athletic trainer has kept his passion for prevention-focused musculoskeletal medicine at the forefront of his career.
